first cold extraction at low temperatures (T<27oC),
under constantly controlled hygienic conditions. It is a
single-varietal olive oil with fruity and intricate (rather
spicy) flavor and distinct aroma. During the process of
packing, it has a maximum acidity of 0.6%.

This fine aromatic Extra Virgin Olive Oil of high quality from
Turkey.Extra Virgin is produced by the method of first cold
extraction at low temperatures (T<27oC), under constantly
controlled hygienic conditions. The production method, the
region and the varietal blend of olive cultivars result to an
olive oil of fruity and rather spicy flavor and subtle aroma. Its
acidity will not exceed 0.8% during its shelf-life. It is 100 %
natural and just like a fruit juice, it can be consumed right
after it is pressed.

The start of the season saw mild temperatures during the
summer and heavy rain at the end, which lasted until early
autumn, creating conditions favorable to olive fruit fly and
Gloeosporium olivarum disease.
It was a year of poor yields and early ripening, in which the
beginning and speed of the harvest were crucial to obtaining
this top-quality olive oil, where the olives were picked
between mid-November and late December.
